Take a breath!

authorpicfinal

What a hectic weekend I had and so many challenges to face!.  Isn't it surprising sometimes how life throws you many curb balls all at the same time and it feels like you have no time to get up and take a breath?  It takes you off guard for one moment and then it feels like the enemy has surrounded you and shooting at all angles.Well that was my weekend and I must say it wasn't pretty.  After all the crazy moments of this I must say once I stood up and faced the enemy head on even with the attacks, I felt strong and could then put the enemy to rest by disarming him with word. His word; Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Heb 4:12

Mum says "this too shall pass" and it did but how do we fight when the enemy attacks?

Do we run and hide or stand face to face and have a good old fashioned cowboy shoot out?

It is hard at the time I know, sometimes its bad news of health or death of a loved one, other times its a financial crisis or a child gone astray.  All very important and life changing experiences but if we stand strong, hold onto the faith and reach out to God in our time of need, He does answer prayers and delivers us victoriously.  Doesn't mean we won't cry, or feel disappointed, or disheartened all He asks of us is to trust Him and let Him fight on our behalf, in His timing and His deliverance.  Keep running forward and do not look back!God reminded me his weekend that He is always watching me by sending me a great message from a new friend overseas who did not know what I was going through.

God knows and He always comes through.  So my encouragement to you today is to "Be strong and courageous and do not grow weary and faint, but wear your armor, stand up, stand strong, knowing God is on your side and fighting for you".

Your job is to Believe, Pray and Trust, and He will do the rest!

Have an amazing week, be blessed in your walk.
